Intro to CMMI Course
PACT is an SEI Partner certified to deliver the SEI's official "Intro to CMMI" course at any location around the world.  This three-day course provides an outstanding overview of the model's architecture and content, and covers every practice in each of the 22 process areas.  Pat O'Toole has taught the "Intro to CMMI" course over 70 times, both for private clients and in public offerings, making him one of the most active and sought-after instructors in the industry.  Click here for more detail on the "Intro to CMMI" course.

CMMI-SVC Supplemental Training
PACT is also certified to deliver the SEI's "CMMI-SVC Supplemental Training."   This one-day course is available to those who have successfully completed the "Intro to CMMI" course, and covers the new material, including the seven new process areas, of the CMMI for Services.

Intermediate Concepts of the CMMI
As an SEI Consultant, Pat O'Toole also teaches the "Intermediate Concepts of the CMMI."   This five-day, advanced-level course is required for all SCAMPI lead appraisers and "Intro to CMMI" instructors.  Because it is a pass/fail course and is used to evaluate candidate lead appraisers and instructors, this course can ONLY be taught by the SEI and its designated consultants.

Executive Overview of the CMMI
PACT has developed a presentation which provides a high-level overview of the CMMI.  Available in either a 2-hour or 4-hour format, this course provides attendees with the "bird's eye view" of the model, and discusses how it can be used to improve project performance.  This course is appropriate for managers and executives who are giving consideration to initiating a CMMI-based improvement effort and would like more information about what is involved.

Do's and Don'ts of Process Improvement
Available in lengths from 40 minutes to 4 hours, this highly engaging presentation provides practical advice that will help attendees launch or reinvigorate their process improvement programs.  Based on the experience of those who have gone before, they wlll learn what works and what doesn't -- blending real-world examples, practical advice, and humorous analogies, participants will learn to think more robustly about their approach to process improvement.
